As a motor dealer I always have to see any vehicle I buy for a client but on this occasion I had to rely on Richards description which on delivery was 'spot on'. As delivery was slightly delayed waiting on parts, Rich agreed to deliver the Q3 direct to client at his cost and 250 miles later was with client before 8am on agreed date.Based on this experience I will well pleased to deal with Rainford Cars again soon I hope!!

I bought a cheap run around from rich and the team at rainford cars and I can't fault the service in anyway. They knew I needed the car for the weekend so they rushed the MOT and service through for me. I had to take the car back to get the final check done on the MOT and in the few days I had the car I managed to get a bolt lodged in the tyre, Richard paid for this to be fixed for me due to the inconvenience of having to bring the car back to complete MOT sign off. I genuinely haven't experienced a service as good as what richard and the team at rainford cars provide when buying any car previously. After picking up our new car and driving it home we noticed a slight issue with the roof, after a quick phonecall we had arranged to take it back to Rainford to have the issue rectified. This will be my second car Purchase with Rainford Cars. I'm not entirely sure there's enough words to describe this Dealership for you! I've found them to be super helpful with a real customer first style. My car buying experience was never rushed or pressured- "We want you to be happy" was a memorable moment amongst many in fairness and honestly at times - I can be a bit Dithery!! Looking for a first car for a family member. Found just what we were looking for. Identified a couple of minor issues on the test drive which were immediately sorted out. When I first got on site to look at the car I was interested in it was nice to walk round without a heavy sale person standing by you .Jay ( Sales ) just said hello and if you need help im here. I was looking for a Audi Q5 and the car they had in was just what I was after. The next day I arranged for a test drive and was very happy with the Q5 and payed a deposit that day and for the car to be ready within 5 days and they agreed to refurbish the wheels for me as they had a few marks on them.. I collected the car a few days later and it looked like a brand new car and im very happy with it. Purchased a 2015 Hyundai i20 from Rich at Rainford Cars, and to say he went over and above to assist with this remote sale (I live 300 miles away) would be an understatement. Rich provided a totally honest and accurate appraisal (since qualified) of the car over the phone, and further backed this up with both detailed photos and a video walk round. He also conveyed the accurate history from supporting paperwork. The motor trade often gets a bad rap (and rightly so sometimes), so it's utterly refreshing to deal with a company who are discerning (their stock all seems of high quality), transparent, and intrinsically honest; their proven integrity would, without hesitation, have me searching for a-n-other pre-owned car in the future. The only issue with the car was a remote key not correctly coded to the vehicle (they were unaware of this), Rich sorted this within 24 hours of me receiving the vehicle; great service and care above and beyond expectation. I cannot recommend Rainford cars highly enough, it's literally a breath of fresh air to deal with a company of such impeccable standards, care and trustworthiness. Thanks, Rich, you're a beacon of light within your industry.

Orders a 1 Series online after viewing the 'walk around' video. Car arrived on schedule and perfectly presented. Soon realised it was down on power although there were no warning lights on the dashboard. My local garage found a few diagnostic problems, so I asked for a refund. Bought my first finance car from Jeff at rainford cars and was guided through the process with all my questions and worries answered to put my mind at rest, there was a few chips/scratches on the vehicle and Jeff sorted them all out for me free of charge before I picked the vehicle up, turbo decided it had enough after owning the vehicle a couple of months and yet again Jeff reassured me that I have my warranty and it would all be sorted. After my warranty covered only half of the bill Jeff covered the other half as a good will gesture! I couldn't of asked for anymore! My Mini arrived just over a week ago now and I was as thrilled with it then as I still am now. I have never bought a car on line before and was a little apprehensive, but the car was well priced, just too far away. I spoke to Rich at Rainford Cars who gave me an honest description and explained the process. No pressure applied. He explained that the car would be valeted, serviced, safety checked and would come with a warranty. Kevin delivered, early, about a week later, an immaculately presented car. He had all the keys, docs etc. it was a joy to take him to the station in my new car. A very professional experience all round. Well where do I start about Rainford Cars? Living near Aberdeen (Scotland) I've travelled South of the border many times to pick up cars. Having been let down by another company further south than Rainford (last minute) for a 16 plate Audi A 6 Avant. I came across Rainford on Goggle who had a similar car. A quick call to them answered by Jamie (Top Man) and within minutes I had a honest and true assessment of the car with photos (nothing hidden). After some thought I called back and got Rich (owner) straight ******* tells you as it is. Arrived Friday tea time at Chester Rail Station to be meet with the car by Jay another Top Man. Drove the car back to their lot to make sure everything was a ok. Well what can I say about it even better than I expected even though Rich had sang the car's praises every one is sceptical about buying blind and there are plenty Arthur Daleys (Ask your parents). Since I've returned home with the car Rich has called twice to make sure everything is ok.I really can't say any more than give a true and honest opinion on my dealings with Rainford Cars. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again a truly great experience and meeting 3 honourable and honest men. Derek Sedge .
